FEE STRUCTURE

Fiduciary Services: $149.20 an hr.

Case Management Services: $133.22 an hr.

Accounting Services: $133.22 an hr.

Administrative Services: $90.59 an hr.

Consultations: No cost

 

All time is billed in 6-minute increments.

 

Mileage is not charged at this time, but this policy is subject to change. A 90-day written notice will be provided if this policy changes.

 

Travel time is billed in one direction and will not exceed 6 hours. Travel time for Anna Ballesteros is billed at $149.20 an hour unless it is for case management work. Then the rate billed for travel time is $133.22 an hour.

 

Travel expenses such as flights, meals and hotel stays are charged back to the Client, unless the travel expense was for a Status Review Court hearing. Travel expenses are not charged to Clients for Status Review Court hearings, only travel time is billed.

 

In house printing is not charged, professional printing services is billed as a reimbursable expense to clients.

 

Shipping is billed as a reimbursable expense to clients.

 

All rates will increase annually on August 1st by 1.5%

 

• Out-of-Pocket Costs. Any costs associated with the services provided above will be billed to the client/customer in addition to the fees for services referenced above. Some examples of costs include, but are not limited to, court filing fees, postage, printing/photo coping other court fees, and overnight mailing costs.

• Professional Fees. Fees assessed by professionals in conjunction with the administration of an account (i.e. attorneys, accountants, investment advisors, insurance professionals, private investigators, property managers, contractors, etc.) are charged to individual accounts as billed.

• Method of Payment. We accept payments in the form of cash, checks, and money orders, and credit card payments. We may bill for fees, or in some situations, receive payments directly from an account under our management.
